My Goals
When going into high school, one might want to start considering options and where they want to be in a few years. One might set some short term or long term goals, or both. Well, I’m not going to lie when I say that I have been keeping my goals in mind since freshman year. Sure, they have changed but it is okay to have goals that change. I have grown as a person due to reaching certain goals and I am where I am today because of them.
Some short term goals that I have recently set for myself is to be the first out of my siblings to graduate from high school. I want to be able to walk to get my diploma and be able to say, “Yes, I did graduate and yes, I do have my diploma.” Another one is to make a twenty seven or twenty eight on the ACT. In order to reach this goal I will have to work hard and study and push myself to actually focus. I would also like to be accepted into Faulkner State Community College with a scholarship for Art or Musical Theatre. With me being a senior this year I really have to focus on what is best for my future.
In six to eight years from now, I want to be out of college and settling down in a house of my own. I don’t want to be married, I don’t want kids, I just want to be able to say that I’m graduated from college with a masters degree in Nursing and have a job at a pediatrician office doing ultra sounds and changing women’s lives.
It's really interesting to me that both of us want to be an ultrasound technician, I never knew that about you. I like your introduction paragraph, it really makes me want to continue to read however, your middle body paragraph should have been broken down into three separate paragraphs. Also, you didn't indent. Other than that and a few other sentence structure mistakes, I really like your paper.
ReplyDeleteI think that your goals are very inspirational. Your First paragraph made me want to continue reading your paper. Be sure to indent though and try not to create a space between your second and third paragraph. Also try making your conclusion separate from your paragraph about your goals in 6-8 years. Other than that, I think your goals are inspiring.
ReplyDeleteI have reviewed your blog and found it to be a splendid and marvelous read.
